Crafted in Newfoundland and launched in 2018, Signal Hill Whisky is named after the historic landmark overlooking St John's Harbour. The whisky itself is a blend of Canadian corn and barley distillates, matured in a mix of ex-bourbon, Canadian whisky, and new American oak casks. The resulting expression reflects both tradition and innovation, filtered through glacial water and bottled without chill filtration to retain character.

The nose is gentle and clean: caramelised pear, vanilla bean and toasted cereal are joined by light floral honey and a faint rye edge. On the palate, soft toffee and malt sweetness lead into apple skin, white pepper and a touch of cinnamon, with the influence of multiple cask types offering nuance without heaviness.
