Crafted in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney, it’s both a tribute to the Scottish landscape and a sip of grounded elegance.

In the glass, it gleams like meadow gold. The nose is fresh and floral: wildflower honey, chamomile tea, vanilla pod, and pear blossom. Beneath the lightness lies a soft layer of oat biscuit, toasted almond, and the sweetness of golden barley. There’s a breeze of cut grass and sun-warmed citrus peel — a dram caught between nature and nostalgia.

On the palate, it flows gently: honeyed malt, creamy porridge with brown sugar, lemon balm, and a touch of heather. The oak is light but present — lending structure without weight. Mid-palate shows ginger snap, apple skin, and a hint of meadow mint. Texture is everything here — soft, round, and easy on the tongue.
