Distilled in the Yamanashi prefecture, at the base of Mount Fuji, Tenjaku Gin blends classic London Dry structure with a distinctly Japanese botanical twist. Alongside traditional ingredients like juniper, angelica and coriander seed, it features a thoughtful lineup of local flavours: yuzu, green tea, sanshō pepper, shiso leaf, and Japanese peach. The result is smooth, aromatic, and finely tuned - a reflection of Japanese precision and restraint.

On the nose, it's light and fragrant - citrus and herbal with a soft floral note. The palate is fresh and clean, with juicy yuzu, gentle spice, and a whisper of green tea tannin. The finish is crisp, slightly peppery, and elegantly dry, making it ideal for long, refreshing serves.
