Domaine de Canton is a French ginger liqueur of remarkable poise - marrying fresh baby ginger from Asia with VSOP Cognac, vanilla, honey, and Provençal herbs. Bottled at 28% ABV, it is rich without being cloying, spicy without being sharp - a liqueur designed for both mixing and sipping.

Crafted in Jarnac, in the heart of Cognac country, the process is layered and artisanal: ginger is peeled and cut by hand, macerated in eau-de-vie, and blended with Cognac rested in French oak. The result is golden-hued, aromatic, and textural.

The nose is vibrant with ginger, citrus, and warm spice. The palate shows honeyed heat, vanilla, lemongrass, and pepper, all carried on a smooth, rounded structure.
