In this edition, Bardstown teams up with the legendary Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, one of the most respected rum producers globally. The result is a distinctive bourbon blend finished in ex-rum casks, marrying Kentucky structure with Bajan soul.

This whiskey begins with a blend of 7-year-old and 17-year-old Kentucky bourbons, each built on a high-corn, rye-influenced mash bill. Once blended, the whiskey is transferred into ex-Foursquare rum casks for an extended 23-month finish - a patient and deliberate maturation that adds character without overwhelming the base.

The nose is tropical and warm - molasses, pineapple skin, and brown sugar unfurl against classic bourbon notes of toasted oak, vanilla and a touch of spice. There’s a delicate echo of that unmistakable Foursquare signature: funky yet refined.

On the palate, integration is key. Notes of golden raisin, grilled banana, coconut and warm toffee emerge first, supported by honeyed grain and firm oak. The rum cask influence is expressive but never dominant - it enhances structure and complexity rather than masking the spirit. A mid-palate lift of clove and citrus zest adds brightness.
