Rooster Rojo Reposado is tequila made with clarity and intention. Distilled at Fabrica de Tequilas Finos (NOM 1456) in Jalisco, this reposado is built on 100% Blue Weber agave - harvested at full maturity, then slow-cooked in traditional ovens to keep the core agave character intact.

After double distillation, the spirit is rested for a minimum of two months in American oak barrels, where it picks up gentle vanilla, caramel, and a soft oak roundness, but keeps its agave roots front and centre. Aromas show roasted agave, light toffee, a hint of pepper, and subtle baking spice. On the palate, you get balance: sweet agave, mild oak, and a clean, slightly earthy finish with just enough pepper and warmth.
