Santiago Queirolo Quebranta Pisco 42% 700ml

Santiago Queirolo Quebranta Pisco is a benchmark Peruvian spirit, built on history and clarity of process. Produced by one of Peru's most established family distilleries - founded in 1880 - this pisco comes from estate-grown Quebranta grapes, the classic non-aromatic varietal that defines the "puro" style.

Grapes are harvested at full ripeness in the Ica Valley, then gently pressed and fermented into wine. Single distillation in copper pot stills preserves the character of the grape - no water, no wood, no additives. The result is bottled at a robust 42% ABV, delivering structure and detail without heat.

In the glass, you'll find aromas of ripe grape, fresh bread, and a subtle nutty undertone. The palate is clean and dry, showing stone fruit, light citrus, and gentle minerality. The finish is crisp, balanced, and persistent - true to varietal and region.

Queirolo Quebranta is made for neat sipping or as the backbone of a proper Pisco Sour - offering honest fruit, real provenance, and a direct line to Peru's traditional spirit.
