Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin
Bold, bitter, and built for balance - the gin that doesn't just play well in a Negroni, it owns it.

Created with the iconic Negroni in mind, Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin isn't here to be subtle. It's unapologetically punchy, dialled up in both spice and strength, and designed to hold its own against big-hitting ingredients like Campari and vermouth. This is not your delicate floral gin - it's robust, aromatic, and tailored specifically for those bold, stirred-down, bitter-leaning classics.

The botanical bill leans heavy on spice - Tasmanian pepperberry leaf, West African grains of paradise, and Indonesian cubeb bring a complex heat that builds rather than bites. Juniper is still front and centre, but it's joined by layers of earthy spice, warm clove, and a hint of ginger. What sets this gin apart is the use of organic blood oranges, which lend a rich citrus weight that ties everything together and adds brightness to the mix without veering into anything too sweet.

On the nose, there's an immediate sense of warmth - dried orange peel, cinnamon bark, and a savoury depth that suggests this gin means business. The palate is assertive yet balanced, with a firm juniper backbone, bold citrus oils, and a long, spiced finish that lingers in the most satisfying way. It's textured, complex, and clearly crafted with cocktails in mind.

Naturally, this gin shines brightest in its namesake. Stirred into a Negroni, it brings out a richer, more aromatic profile, allowing the bitter and sweet components to stay in harmony. It's also superb in a Boulevardier or an Old Pal, where its spice adds complexity to whisky or rye-based variations. For something simpler, it works beautifully in a G&T with a dry tonic and a slice of blood orange, though it's far from your typical 'Friday knock-off' pour.

Spiced Negroni Gin is a bottle with a clear purpose - it doesn't aim to be everything to everyone, but what it does, it does brilliantly. For the cocktail lover who values boldness, structure, and spice, this gin is not just a mixer - it's a main character.
