Classic London Dry in structure, it features juniper, citrus and spice at its core, elevated by locally foraged botanicals like sloe berries, elderflower, blackberry leaves, and even asparagus grown on the estate (yes, really).

On the nose, it's fresh and bright - piney juniper, soft citrus, and a gentle green herbaceousness. The palate follows with a clean, dry profile: lemon peel, wild berries, cracked pepper, and a savoury lift from those unique botanicals.
