Papa Salt is distilled at Lord Byron Distillery in Byron Bay and was developed over three years by a small team of friends, including Margot Robbie. It took 59 iterations to land on the final recipe, with a clear focus on creating a gin that's clean, sessionable and quietly distinctive.

Bottled at 42.8% ABV, this is a modern Australian coastal gin built for versatility. The standout ingredient is oyster shell, which adds a gentle minerality and subtle salinity. It's supported by a refined mix of native botanicals including wattleseed, hibiscus, wax flower, pink peppercorn and citrus peels.
